This client’s location in Dauphin was no problem for our design team, as we have worked on many projects outside of Winnipeg. Through clear communication and careful site dimensioning, we are always able to achieve very detailed results that meet our specifications. The client was interested in updating the home that they had built in the early 1980s, and in so doing, have the design provide opportunity to realign the spatial priorities – capitalizing on spaces the family and their guests gravitated towards, while reinventing those spaces whose use had become redundant. As a family grows and evolves, so do their spatial requirements. A renovation is the perfect time for such a reconciliation. Largely open concept, the newly renovated spaces better serve a more relaxed lifestyle and allow one functional area to better mix with its adjacent counterpart.
