Perhaps one of the most dramatic basement renovations we have designed, this client wanted their otherwise under-utilized lower level to be comparable in level of design and features to the remainder of their recently renovated River Heights home. Mission accomplished! The newly revitalized space accommodates a media area which transforms into a private guest suite with the addition of a cleverly concealed murphy bed. A new laundry room and 3 piece bathroom make use of formerly less desirable spaces and the integration of craftsmen details and finish considerations seamlessly link the lower level and main level as per the design directive.
