This homeowner purchased their South Royalwood home from a previous IDEATE client. Having had our firm's original plans passed down in the sale, this busy family contacted IDEATE to tweak the house to suit their needs. New hardwood floors were installed throughout the home to align with the more contemporary ideals. A revision to the basement level was undertaken, installing fireplace and surround which nods to the already established upper floor millwork.
