This project involved the relocation of approximately 200 Federal government employees from across the city into a downtown recognized heritage building. Our team was retained to conduct the functional programming of the numurous work groups and understand their diverse requirements to a space fit, ensuring that the forseen move was equitable for all those involved. Next the schematic and detailed planning was conducted while engaging stakeholders and usergroups along the way, ensuring appropriate adjacencies and complying with work functionality. Careful recording of existing assets allowed us to ensure that a responsible reuse of furnishings was employed. Finally, IDEATE was charged with developing and executing move coordinaton from existing sites into their new office space - which closed the loop on this ambitious and complex project.
