Paterson Global Foods

With our experience in the design of detailed millwork, researching and procuring furniture packages for complex projects and our overall understanding of the diverse nature of multi-use facilities, our team was approached by the architectectural group to provide an interior design review to transform of one the oldest surviving steel frame and reinforced concrete "skyscrapers" in Canada into a culinary institute. In addition to our involvement with the main dining spaces, we reviewed student spaces – both educational and residential in nature and contributed to the colour/finish strategy throughout. Our key involvement was the research, selection, development and administration of the furnishings package for the entire facility, including the sequenced installation and commissioning program for this portion of the project.
