Having evaluated their working style, group size and intricate security requirements, this small group decided they needed a change of scenery. IDEATE helped these 7 staff relocate to a new site which was sized perfectly for their program requirements. After the programming exercise and existing asset inventory were completed the IDEATE team laid out an open-concept office incorporating workspaces for staff, an onsite coffee room, file room, small team meeting and breakout space as well as a large boardroom space to accomodate team meetings of up to 15 people. Govenment furnishings standards were adhered to and a very specific security infrastructure was set up for end user plug in. The final product is a functional, attractive and secure space for the team to enjoy.
