As a move management specialist, our Team was retained by the Provincial Government to coordinate a multi-phase move to consolidate an entire division of employees who spanned across many departments and multiple buildings. Despite being 80% occupied, the destination building underwent renovations (by others) and we were tasked with shuffling current occupants to make way for a 5-Phase construction project, which took place over all 3 floors. This project involved a total of 320 employees, 10 buildings, 8 move phases and took place over a period of 2 years. Careful recording of existing assets was step one to ensure our Team planned the new space effectively and allocated funds for new furniture appropriately. In addition to the move coordination, we designed the privacy film pattern for glass offices and meeting rooms and ensured it coordinated with the overall building as designed by the Architectural consultants.
