Colleagues and collaborators for numerous years, when this group of consulting mechanical and electrical engineers was ready to update their office and review the way they worked and presented themselves to the public, they engaged our team to help in the transformation. Most critical to the dialogue was clearly defining and best accommodating the way in which this team works - individually and collaboratively. Team work has become the norm, and the redeveloped office had to emphasize this. A focus on meeting and shared space can now accommodate new and innovative work practices and will allow this firm to project an image more consistent with its day to day operations.
