Located in Lloydminster, Alberta, the consolidation and development of a regional branch of this progressive banking institution allowed for a re-think of how they conducting their business, approached clientele and presented themselves to the business community overall. Within a new state-of-the-art facility, our design team was asked to lead the task of specifying, tendering and coordinating the installation for all of the furnishings throughout. From private offices to open, collaborative workspaces, workstations, seating, café areas and even exterior gathering spaces, our team sourced the most appropriate selections to review with senior management by way of a furniture fair – gathering feedback and honing the eventual selections to those most positively received in this democratic process. The client has been so impressed with the results that our firm has been hired to continue work on an additional 2 floors of additional fit-up.
